摘　　要：高校要认真学习贯彻习近平网络观,加强高校意识形态阵地建设,主动占据网络思想政治教育新阵地,提升网络新媒体运用能力、网络舆情研判能力、网络舆论引导能力和网络文化管控能力,为建设网络强国,实现"两个一百年"的奋斗目标提供思想保证和舆论支持。Colleges and universities should seriously study Xi Jinping’s views on the Network.They must actively occupy the new front of ideological and political education—the network and improve their ability to use the new network media,analyze and guide online public opinion and to supervise over the network culture so as to provide ideological guarantee and public support for the building of a powerful network kingdom and fulfillment of the goals set for＂the two centennials＂.
