细节护理干预对孕产妇睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨细节护理干预对孕产妇睡眠质量及负性情绪的影响。方法选取2015年1月~2016年3月在我院进行分娩的孕产妇103例,随机分为对照组（n=51）和观察组（n=52）,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用细节护理干预,统计两组孕产妇对护理工作的满意度,比较两组孕产妇护理前后睡眠质量及心理状态的变化。结果观察组对护理工作护理流程、语言表达、服务态度及专业技术的护理满意度明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）;护理前两组孕产妇睡眠质量各项指标、SAS评分及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,护理后5 d观察组孕产妇睡眠质量明显提高,SAS评分、SDS评分均显著降低,且显著优于对照组（P〈0.01）。结论采取细节化护理,可提高孕产妇对护理工作的满意度,显著改善孕产妇睡眠质量,降低产后焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪。Objective To explore the impact of details nursing intervention on sleep quality and negative emotion of pregnant women.Methods 103 pregnant women who were confined in our hospital from January 2015 to March 2016 were selected and were randomly divided into control group（n=51） and observation group（n=52）.Pregnant women in control group were given routine nursing intervention,and pregnant women in observation group were given details nursing intervention.Patients′ satisfaction to nursing work in two groups was counted.The changes of sleep quality and mentality in two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction of nursing care process,language expression,service attitude and professional technology in observation group was obvious higher than that of control group（P 〈0.05）.Before nursing,sleep quality indicators,SAS and SDS score between two groups had no statistical significance（P〉0.05）.After nursing for 5 days,the sleep quality in observation group obvious increased,SAS and SDS score obvious decreased,which were obvious better than that of control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Using details nursing can enhance the satisfaction that pregnant women to nursing work,obvious improve sleep quality of pregnant women and decrease the negative emotion of postpartum anxiety and depression.
