天晴依泰联合放射性药物^(89)SrCl_2治疗对肺癌骨转移病灶生长及临床症状的影响

摘　　要：目的:发现天晴依泰联合放射性药物^(89)SrCl_2治疗对肺癌骨转移病灶生长及临床症状的影响。方法:102例肺癌骨转移患者纳入本次研究,根据接受的治疗方式不同,所有研究对象被随机分为观察组及对照组各51例。对照组接受单独天晴依泰治疗,观察组接受天晴依泰联合放射性药物^(89)SrCl_2治疗,对比两组患者的肺癌骨转移病灶生长、骨代谢、肿瘤标志物及碱性磷酸酶、疼痛评分及疼痛相关介质等水平差异。结果:观察组治疗后转移灶数目少于对照组,血清OPG、BSP、TRACP-5b、ICTP、BAP等骨代谢指标值,血清CYFRA21-1、CEA、NSE、CA125、BALP等肿瘤标志物水平,血清PGE2、ET-1、TNF-α等疼痛相关介质水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天晴依泰联合放射性药物^(89)SrCl_2治疗可以遏制肺癌骨转移病灶生长,在优化骨代谢状态的同时缓解患者疼痛感受。Objective： To find the effect of zoledronic acid injection combined with radiopharmaceutical 89SRCI2 therapy on the growth and clinical symptoms of lung cancer bone metastasis. Methods： 102 cases of lung cancer patients with bone metastases were included in the study and randomly divided into observation group and control group （n =51） according to different treatment they received. Control group received zoledronic acid injection therapy alone, observation group received zoledron- ic acid injection combined with radiopharmaceutical 89SRCI2 therapy, and then differences in the growth of lung cancer bone metastasis, bone metabolism, tumor markers and alkaline phosphatase, pain score and pain-related mediator levels, etc. were compared between two groups. Results： Number of metastases of observation group after treatment was less than that of control group, and serum bone metabolism indexes OPG, BSP, TRACP-5b, ICTP and BAP levels, serum tumor markers CY- FRA21-1, CEA, NSE, CA125 and BALP levels as well as serum pain-related mediators PGE2, ET-1 and TNF-α levels were lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Zoledronic acid injection combined with radiopharmaceutical 89SRCI2 therapy can contain the growth of lung cancer bone metastasis, optimize bone metabolism state while alleviate patients＇ perception of pain.
