胃癌的超声造影参数与血管新生、细胞侵袭的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：研究胃癌的超声造影参数与血管新生、细胞侵袭的相关性。方法：选择2012年5月~2014年6月期间在兰州军区临潼疗养院确诊为胃癌的80例患者进行超声造影检查,测定增强时间（ET）、峰值时间（TTP）以及曲线上升支斜率（WIR）;采集胃癌患者的血清标本及80例健康体检者的血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试剂盒测定血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）、胰岛素样生长因子（IGF-1）、α-1-微球蛋白/胰蛋白酶抑制剂前体（AMBP）、可溶性上皮型钙黏蛋白（sE-cad）的含量。结果：胃癌组织与正常组织的超声造影参数比较如下：病变组织的TTP、ET均低于正常组织,WIR高于正常组织;胃癌患者血清中VEGF、IGF-1、AMBP、sE-cad的含量均高于健康志愿者;TNM分期越高、分化程度越低、发生远处转移,胃癌组织的TTP、ET越低,胃癌组织的WIR以及血清中VEGF、IGF-1、AMBP、sE-cad的含量越高;血清中VEGF、IGF-1、AMBP、sE-cad的含量与TTP、ET呈负相关,与WIR呈负相关。结论：胃癌的超声造影参数能够评估肿瘤组织的血流灌注情况并且与血管新生能力、细胞侵袭能力具有良好的相关性。[ABSTRACT]Objective：To study the correlation between the contrast-enhanced ultrasonography parameters of gastric cancer and angiogenesis as well as cell invasion.Methods：A total of 80 gastric cancer patients were selected for contrast-en-hanced ultrasonography,and enhanced time （ET）,time to peak （TTP）and wash in rate （WIR）were determined;serum spec-imens of gastric cancer patients and serum specimens of 80 healthy subjects were collected,and enzyme-linked immunosorbent kit was used to determine vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）,insulin-like growth factor （IGF-1）,alpha-1-microglobu-lin/bikunin precursor （AMBP）and soluble epithelial cadherin （sE-cad）content.Results：TTP and ET of lesion tissue were lower than those of normal tissue,and WIR was higher than that of normal tissue;serum VEGF,IGF-1,AMBP and sE-cad content in gastric cancer patients were higher than those in healthy volunteers;the higher the TNM staging,the lower the de-gree of differentiation and there was distant metastasis,the lower the TTP and ET of gastric cancer tissue,and the higher thenbsp;WIR of gastric cancer tissue as well as serum VEGF,IGF-1,AMBP and sE-cad content;serum VEGF,IGF-1,AMBP and sE-cad content were negatively correlated with TTP and ET,and positively correlated with WIR.Conclusions：Contrast-en-hanced ultrasonography parameters of gastric cancer can evaluate blood perfusion of the tumor tissue,and have good correlation with the angiogenesis and cell invasion ability.
