普通高校成人教育资源共享管理的策略研究

摘　　要：在经济发展新常态下,国家更加强调资源的优化配置和有效利用。普通高校成人教育如何抓住机遇,在有限的教育资源中实现长足的发展,成为当下一个比较严峻的课题。文章通过探寻普通高校成人教育资源共享的意义,在分析其资源共享管理内涵的基础上,提出普通高校成人教育资源共享管理的具体应对措施。In the new normal economic development, the Chinese government emphasizes the optimal allocation of resources and the effective use of them. The adult education institutions in general colleges have to put their attentions on how to seize the opportunity of the new normal economy to achieve rapid development in the limited educational resources, which is a more serious issue. Through exploring the significance of resource sharing of adult education, analyzing the management connotation of adult education, this paper puts forwards to the specific measures of resource sharing management in adult education field.
