关于深化高校平安校园建设的思考

摘　　要：高校的安全稳定,是学校教育工作得以顺利开展的前提。文章在阐述深化平安校园建设意义的基础上,分析了目前建设平安校园面临的新形势和新情况,提出从强化基础安全设施建设、提高安全保卫队伍素质和工作水平、实施全方位的安全教育和心理健康教育、健全安全管理制度和工作机制、培育浓厚的安全文化等五个方面深化平安校园建设。The security and stability of colleges and universities is the prerequisite of successfully carrying out education work in campus. Above all, the meaning of deepening the construction of safe campuses was elaborated completely in this paper. This paper analyzes new situations and conditions in the face of building safe campuses. Five aspects of strengthening security infrastructure construction, improving the safety and security team quality and their working levels, implementing a full range of safety education and mental health education, perfecting the safety management system and working mechanism and cultivating a strong safety culture were put forward to deepen the construction of safe campus.
