基于工科院校专业学位硕士研究生就业指导的研究与思考

摘　　要：研究生教育作为高等教育重要的一部分,承担着培养高层次应用型专门人才的艰巨任务。我国研究生教育主要分为学术型研究生教育和专业型研究生教育,但是随着研究生规模的进一步扩大和社会需求的不断变化,硕士研究生就业市场开始供过于求,工科院校专业学位硕士研究生就业问题开始显现,文章通过调研电子科技大学专业学位硕士研究生就业情况,分析其在就业选择中存在的问题,为硕士研究生就业提供可行的建议与意见。As an important part of higher education, postgraduate education is ：responsible for cultivating high-level applied talents. The postgraduate education in China is mainly divided into academic graduate education and professional one. However, with the further expansion of the scale of graduate students and the changing of social demand, the supply of postgraduates in the employment market begins to exceed its demand, which leads to some employment problems. Therefore, this thesis will provide some practical suggestions by researching the employment situation of professional postgraduates of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and analyzing their problems in seeking jobs.
