基于“一体多翼”培养模式的高校学生综合能力提升实践——以西京学院机械设计制造及其自动化专业为例

摘　　要：在"大众创业、万众创新"背景下,国家加快实施创新驱动发展战略,迫切需要深化高校创新创业教育改革。"一体多翼"人才培养模式改革,促进了机械设计制造及其自动化专业学生的综合能力的提升,同时促使学校创新校内培养制度,从长远看可以有效提升毕业生质量,提高高校毕业人才的就业竞争力。作者针对实施过程中存在的问题提出对策和建议。Under the background of ＂pubic entrepreneurship, peoples innovation＂, in order to speed up the implementation of innovation driven development strategy, it is imperative to deepen the innovation of colleges and universities entrepreneurship education reform. After ＂one system with multivariate＂ training mode reform, the comprehensive ability of the students of machine design manufacture and automation professional was promoted and the school innovation system of campus culture innovation reform was strengthened. In the long run it can effectively im- prove the quality of graduates and graduate employment competitiveness of colleges and universities. Aiming at the problems in the process of implementing the author puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions.
