摘　　要：中药现代化为我国中医药事业发展提供了难得的机遇,也对中药学高级专业人才提出了新的要求。研究生作为高等专业人才,其创新能力是行业进步的核心推动力,因此在研究生教学过程中注重其创新能力培养非常重要。本文结合当前研究生扩招和培养模式不断改革的发展环境,围绕中药学专业研究生创新能力的培养展开讨论,为实现我国中药学专业研究生综合素质的整体提升提供参考。Along with Chinese medicine moderation development, many rare development opportunities have been coming for the devel-opment of Chinese medicine, but there are also lots of new requirements raised for senior talents of Chinese medicine. As the high profes-sional talents, the innovation abilities of graduate students are the core impetus for the development of Chinese medicine industries. So it is very important to pay more attention on the innovation ability cultivation of graduate students during the teaching process. In this arti-cle, discussion of cultivation strategies for improving innovation abilities of graduate students in Chinese medicine major was carried out for finding effective teaching methods under the background of continuous expansion of graduate students and teaching reform.
