摘　　要：中医学生的实习通常在一年时间内完成,在一年时间中要完成所有的实习项目,这对学生来说是比较辛苦的过程,这一年中既要考试,也要培养沟通、实践的能力,为将来的医师之路做准备。肾科实习一直相对其他科室实习较为冷门,学生普遍反映知识点繁杂,比较难以掌握,且难点颇多,实习时间相对较短,而中医肾病学对于学生来说,在学校接触的时间更为短暂。因此针对这些难点文章将进行解析,提出几方面可能的原因,并针对这些原因提供解决方案。The internships of TCM student are usually completed in a year. All the internship projects were completed within a year,which is more difficult for students in the process. In this year, it is necessary to test, but also develop communication, practice ca-pacity for future physicians＇ road paving. Nephrology practice has been compared to other sections of the more popular practice, stu-dents generally reflect the more difficult to grasp, a lot of difficulties, complex knowledge, and practice time is relatively short, while the nephrology of TCM for students, the contact time is more short in school. Therefore, these difficulties will be resolved, several possible causes will be proposed, and solutions for these reasons will be provided.
