城市经济和家庭经济对城市居民幸福感的影响机制

摘　　要：为了综合考察城市经济和家庭经济对城市居民综合幸福感的复杂关系,调查了3192名来自于不同地区的城市居民,结果发现:主观幸福感、心理幸福感、社会幸福感和综合幸福感随家庭经济收入增长而提高,随城市经济增长而下降;家庭经济收入与三类幸福感和综合幸福感都显著正相关,而城市人均GDP与三类幸福感和综合幸福感显著负相关;家庭经济收入能够显著正向预测综合幸福感,但地区经济在家庭经济和综合幸福感之间起重要调节作用,即家庭经济对综合幸福感的解释率随地区经济水平提高而降低。基于此,政府应致力于提高居民的家庭收入,逐步平衡地区和家庭之间收入差距,这将对城市和社会的和谐发展具有一定的启示作用。In order to comprehensively investigate the complicated relationships among urban and family economies and citizens＇ well-being, 3192 citizens from 41 cities in 17 provinces and municipalities of the country completed the subjective well-being, psychological well-being and social well-being scales. The mean-level of subjective well-being, psychological well-being and social well- being grow significantly with the increase in per capita income. Correlation analysis results show that household economy is positively related with subjective well-being, the psychological well-being and social well-being, but per capita GDP negatively related with subjective well-being, the psychological well-being and social well-being. In the structural equation model, family absolute income and familyrelative income have significant direct effect on well-being. The total, variance ot weu-being explainedby family income decreases with the increase in district economy, and district economy exert a significant moderate influence on family absolute and relative incomes and well-being. The result indicates that government should focus on increasing the income of residents＇ family and gradually narrow the income gap among different regions and families, which is of great significance to urban and social harmonious development.
