浅谈高等院校教学质量保障体系改革措施

摘　　要：高校教学质量保障体系是学校实现培养目标的重要保障,是权限、职责和任务明确且相互促进、相互协调,能够提高教学质量的、有效的、稳定的质量管理系统。高校教学质量保障体系的完善是否直接与人才培养质量挂钩。因此,要建设完善地、有效的教学质量保障体系就需要根据国家教育方针与政治经济情况,并结合高校自身的性质和实际情况,建设具有符合本校实际的、特色的教学质量保障体系,为提高人才培养质量、发挥高校的重要作用做出贡献。College teaching quality guarantee system is an important management system for improving and stabilizing the teaching quality, including the task, responsibility and authority etc. They are coordinate and promote each other. Perfect quality guarantee system is essential for improving the quality of education, the evaluation of teaching quality is too subjective, so constructing the workable teaching quality guarantee system is extremely urgent for increasing the teach quality of university. Based on these phenomena we propose the targeted strategies from teaching goal system, curriculum system, teacher system and evaluation system, hoping to improvement of teaching quality.
