摘　　要：旅游管理专业"3+3"中高职衔接培养方案由中职和高职共同调研、制订,与传统分段培养方案相比,具有就业岗位确定更加准确、职业能力分析更加清晰、培养目标定位更加准确等优势,避免了知识、能力重复培养、脱节乃至倒挂等现象的发生。Connection training scheme of the major of tourism management is made by secondary and higher vocational college. Compared with the traditional subsection scheme, employment post is more accurately, professional ability analysis is more clear, training target positioning is more accurate and other advantage. The phenomenon of the knowledge and ability been repeated taught, disjointed and upside down is avoided.
