动态脑电图在青少年癫痫患者诊断中应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的:研究动态脑电图(AEEG)在青少年癫痫患者诊断中应用价值。方法:选取2013年5月至2015年5月我院收治的92例青少年癫痫患者作为观察组,选取同期50例非癫痫发作性疾病患者作为对照组,两组患者均行AEEG和常规脑电图(REEG)检查,对检查结果进行分析。结果:观察组AEEG检查异常率为76.09%,对照组的为32.00%,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05);清醒期痫样放电发生率为68.89%,睡眠期的发生率为88.89%,差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:动态脑电图利于提高青少年癫痫患者诊断的准确率,对患者治疗有重要价值。Objective：To study AEEG value in the diagnosis of adolescent patients with epilepsy.Method：92 cases of adolescents with epilepsy were selected from May 2013 to May 2015 in our hospital as the observation group,choose in the same period 50 patients with diseases of non-epileptic seizures were chosed as the control group,patients underwent routine EEG and AEEG （REEG） inspection,test results were analyzed.Results：AEEG abnormalities observed group was 76.09% ,32.00% of the control group,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;the observation group AEEGA abnormalities was 76.09% ,REEG was 36.96% ,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;conscious of epileptic discharge rate was 68.89% ,the rate was 88.89% sleep period,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：AEEG will help improve the accuracy of diagnosis of adolescent epilepsy,the treatment of patients with significant value.
