摘  要:概括性探讨了信息技术与教育教学深度融合视阈下"智慧教育"的几大要素。首先对智慧教育的概念进行了界定,智慧教育的重点在"教育"而非"智慧",教育是目的,而智慧是手段也是过程。在此基础上,阐述了现阶段关于信息技术发展、教育信息化的方针指引、智慧教育资源整合的有关情况,从规划、管理、应用和思路等方面提出了信息技术与教育教学融合的方式与方法,并针对智慧教育的基础保障等方面进行了研究分析,提出了组织保障、资金保障、信息基础设施保障、人才保障、宣传保障等一系列保障措施。旨在为更深层次的信息技术与教育教学理论研究,以及开展的各项"智慧教育"的实践应用奠定基础,为教育主管部门行政规划及宏观决策提供借鉴参考。This thesis has discussed several elements of the smart education with the facilitation of deep integration of information technology and teaching on general. At first, the definition with illustration of smart education has been provided. Smart education emphasizes on 'educating' rather than ' wisdom'. ' Educating~ is the aim, while ' wisdom' functions as methods and process as well. Based on those, the elaborations on the development of information technology, the Chinese national principles and guidance on educational informatization, and the resources convergence of smart education have been given respectively. With regard to the planning, management, application and way of thinking, the methods and modes for integration of information technology and teaching are presented. Furthermore, targeted analysis and research of the fundamental guarantee for smart education have been carried out. This thesis aims to build foundation for deep research on smart education with deep integration of information technology and teaching theoretically and practically. Furthermore, the essay strives to provide reference for educational administration departments' planning and strategic decisions.
