摘  要:多轴转向系统的安全性和可靠性对于多轴车辆来说至关重要,因此,针对各转向轴的转向油缸驱动力矩和轮胎转向阻力矩的匹配优化研究具有非常重要的意义。基于轮胎原地转向阻力矩模型和转向油缸的驱动力矩动态平衡方程,以缸筒、车轴的铰接点B点与缸杆、梯形臂的铰接点D点的相对坐标为设计变量,提出将转向油缸输出功最小作为优化目标的优化方法。以某转向轴为例,并利用Matlab优化工具箱,对转向油缸的铰点安装位置参数进行优化分析。通过拟合分析,获得了转向油缸铰点布置规律,为转向轴的匹配优化设计提供了简洁可行的依据。The security and reliability of multi-axis steering system is important to the multi-axle vehicle, thus the matching optimization of driving torque and tire steering resisting torque is significant. Based on the dynamic balance equation of tire pivot steering resistance torque and steering cylinder driving torque, the optimization method was put forward that the relative coordinates between the joint B and joint D were selected as design variables, and the minimum output work of the steering cylinder was as the optimization goal. A steering axle was taken as an instance, and the location parameters optimization of the steering cylinder hinged points was analyzed with the Matlab optimization toolbox. Through the fitting analysis, the arrangement rule of steering cylinder hinged point was obtained, providing a simple and feasible basis for the matching optimization design of steering axle.
