摘 要:以联合收割机差速器为优化对象,建立了差速器优化设计数学模型,以多目标多学科软件ISIGHT为优化设计平台,以多岛遗传算法为全局寻优算法,并且与传统算法进行对比,优化后的差速器体积减小,重合度增加,验证了优化设计的正确性。在优化设计的基础上,以Pro/E为三维实体设计平台建立了差速器的三维实体模型并且进行了虚拟装配和干涉检查,最后以ABAQUS为仿真平台,对差速器壳进行有限元分析,通过分析可知满足强度和刚度要求,验证了差速器优化设计的合理性。The optimization object of differential mechanism of combine harvester, it established mathematical model of optimization design of the differential, in order to use multi-objective and multidisciplinary optimization design software ISIGHT as platform, with multi genetic algorithm is a global optimization algorithm, and compared with the traditional algorithm, the differential volume offer optimization of coincidence degree increase, decrease, the correctness optimization design On the basis of optimum design, with Pro/E as the 3D design platform, it builds three-dimensional entity model of the differential and the virtual assembly and interference inspection, and finally to the ABAQUS as the simulation platform, carries On the finite element analysis on the differential housing, which meets the requirements of strength and rigidity by analysis, verifying the rationality of the differential optimization design.
