摘　　要：在网络信息时代背景下,市场经济的快速发展和科学技术的突飞猛进对创新创业型人才的需求越来越迫切。推动高校创新创业教育是建设创新型国家的必然要求。为适应经济发展方式转变的要求,缓解大学生就业压力,促进大学生综合素质的不断提高,必须加强应用型本科院校大学生创新创业教育研究,从教育理念、师资建设、课程体系、教育模式以及环境保障等方面构建完善的创新创业教育体系从而深化高等教育教学改革。Under the background of the network information age, the rapid development of market economy and science ＆ technology has more and more urgent demands for innovative entrepreneurial talents. The promotion of the college students＇ innovation and en- trepreneurship education is the inevitable requirement to build an innovation-oriented country. In order to adapt to the mode change of the economic development, alleviate the college students＇ employment pressure and promote the continuous improvement of the col- lege students＇ comprehensive quality, the research on the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Application- oriented Institutes must be strengthened through establishing perfect innovation and entrepreneurship education system from the perspectives of educational concept, teachers＇ construction, courses＇ system, educational mode and environmental guarantee so as to deepen the teaching reform of higher education.
