摘 要:针对分布式发电规划方案选择问题,对分布式发电规划方案综合优选方法进行了研究,建立了分布式发电规划方案综合评估的指标体系。提出了基于突变理论的分布式发电规划方案综合优选方法,建立了分布式发电规划方案的突变决策模型。该模型能够自动识别影响规划方案的主次因素,从而消除在方案评选过程中人为因素的影响,选择结果更加客观。以某园区分布式发电规划方案的实际数据为例,验证了所提出方法的有效性。In order to deal with the selection of distributed generation planning scheme,an optimal selection method for distributed generation planning scheme is studied,and a hierarchical evaluation index system for distributed generation planning scheme is established. An optimal selection method and for distributed generation planning scheme based on catastrophe theory is proposed,and a model of distributed generation planning scheme based on catastrophe theory is build up. The proposed model can automatically identify the primary and secondary factors affecting the planning scheme and eliminate the subjective factors during the evaluation process,obtaining more objective result. Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by analyzing the actual distributed generation planning schemes for an industrial park.
