探析高校电工电子实验教学改革

摘　　要：为了适应社会对技能型人才的需求,高等院校应该培养学生的实践和创新能力。本文针对电工电子实验教学存在的问题,分析了当今高校实验教学改革的必要性。从实验教学模式、考核方法、开放实验室及师资建设等内容上进行了阐述,说明实验教学是目前高校教育改革的必然趋势。In order to adapt to the social demand for skilled talents, institutions oflaigher learning should cultivate the students＇ ability of practice and innovation.Aiming at the existing problems of electrical and electronic experimental teaching, this paper analyzes the necessity of reforming of the experimental teaching in the colleges and universities today.In addition, this paper expounds the experimental teaching mode, assessment methods, open laboratory and the construction of teaching staff etc.to illustrate the experimental teaching is the inevitable trend of educational reform in colleges and universities.
