摘　　要：英国自然环境研究理事会（NERC）是英国自然环境科学领域的主要研究与资助机构，其开展或资助的某些研究已经达到了世界领先水平，其运行管理的许多成功经验值得借鉴，本文分析介绍了英国自然环境研究理事会的主要职责、组织架构、项目管理机制、政府监管模式等，并归纳了其项目管理运行机制的主要特点，旨在为我国专业机构改革提供参考。Natural Environment Research Council （NERC） is the main research institute and funding agency in the field of environmental science in UK, some studies carried out or funded by NERC have reached the top level in the world, some successful experience in its operation and management is worth learning. This paper gives a review and analysis on NERC, including its responsibility, organizational structure, project management mechanism, government supervision mode and so on. Main features of project management mechanism are summarized in order to provide references for project management agency reform of China.
