摘  要:目的探讨维生素D受体(VDR)BsmⅠ、ApaⅠ、FokⅠ、TaqⅠ基因多态性与新疆汉族2型糖尿病视网膜病变的关系。方法 589例新疆汉族T2DM患者入选,其中非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者181例,增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者146例,无糖尿病视网膜病变患者262例。抽取血液样本提取DNA。采用iMLDR技术进行VDR基因BsmⅠ、ApaⅠ、FokⅠ、TaqⅠ位点基因分型,计算等位基因及基因型并进行χ^2检验。结果 3组rs1544410、rs7975232、rs2228570及rs731236基因型及等位基因分布频率比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论 VDR基因BsmⅠ、ApaⅠ、FokⅠ及TaqⅠ4个SNPs的多态性与新疆汉族2型糖尿病视网膜病变无关。Objective To investigate association between Bsm I , Apa I , Fok I and Tag I polymorphisms in vitamin D receptor (VDR) gene and diabetic retinopathy (DR) of type 2 diabetes melli- tus (T2DM) in Han population in Xinjiang. Methods 589 patients of T2DM in Han population were screened, including 181 patients with nonproliferative retinopathy (NPDR), 146 patients with proliferative retinopathy (PDR), and 262 patients without diabetic retinopathy. DNA was extracted from blood samples. Bsrn I , Apa I , Fok I and Taq I polymorphisms in VDR gene were genotyped using iMLDR technique. Allele and genotype frequencies were compared among three groups using the X2 test. Results The genotype and allele frequencies of rs1544410, rs7975232, rs2228570 and rs731236 were not different among three groups (P 〈0.05). Conclusion There were no correlation between Bsm I , Apa I , Fok I , and Taq I polymorphisms in VDR gene and DR of T2DM in Han population in Xinjiang.
