摘 要:根据某厂1580mm热轧轧辊磨损数据的分析,考虑轧制钢种和轧辊非均匀磨损的影响因素,对轧辊磨损预报模型进行了改进,并对模型参数进行了优化。经实验验证,改进后模型预测值与实测值较接近,提高了轧辊的磨损预报精度。Based on the analysis of roll wear of a 1 580 mm hot strip mill(HSM), considering of the influence of steel grades and non-uniform wear, the mathematical roll wear model was improved and parameters were identified. With the optimized mathematical model and parameters, the predicted roll wear curves were close to the measured ones, showing that the prediction precision had been improved by the optimized model.
