摘 要:以热连轧超快冷冷却水压力控制系统为研究对象,通过对超快冷压力调节阀组开口度与流量的分析,建立了超快冷压力调节阀组的调节效率方程。结合压力调节效率方程,开发了用于热连轧超快冷系统的低能耗、高效率的最优压力控制策略。现场应用结果表明:采用该最优压力控制策略,超快冷冷却水压力控制稳定,为低能耗、高效率生产提供了保障。The pressure control system of ultra-fast cooling(UFC) on hot strip rolling was studied. The opening degree of UFC pressure adjusting valve and the flow capacity were analyzed. Modulatory-efficiency equation for UFC pressure adjusting valve was established based on the results of this analysis. Low-cost and high efficiency optimal pressure control strategy was developed for UFC on hot strip rolling in combination with modulatory-efficiency equation. A stable pressure control result was obtained by using this optimal pressure control strategy in practical application, which provided a strong guarantee for low-cost and high effi- ciency production.
