摘　　要：山楂酸是一种在自然界分布广泛的五环三萜酸,具有广泛的生物学活性,如抗肿瘤、降糖、抗菌、抗炎、神经保护等,具有较好的临床应用潜力。本文对山楂酸的药理活性及结构修饰研究进展进行了综述,其中包括部分近期新的药理活性,如改善骨质疏松和抗寄生虫等,为山楂酸的进一步药理研究及应用提供参考依据。Maslinic acid is a pentacyclic triterpenic acid widely distributed in nature with various biological activities, such as anti-tumor, anti-diabetic, anti-inflammatory, neuroprotective, et al. Maslinic acid has great potential for applying in clinical. This paper reviewed the research progress of pharmacological effects of maslinic acid and its structural modification in recent years, including some new pharmacological effects, such as improving osteoporosis and anti-parasitic. This review provides the basis for further pharmacological research and application of maslinic acid.
