摘　　要：面临轨道交通装备行业发展带来的机遇与挑战,以学校办学定位为依据,以社会需求和企业要求为导向,进行专业人才培养方案的改革。基于轨道交通车辆工程专业核心能力,构建理论课程体系和实践课程体系,提高学生学业满意度、就业竞争力以及企业适应性。基于核心能力构建课程体系的探索结果为应用型本科专业课程体系的建设提供一定的借鉴作用。With the development of rail transportation equipment industry, based on orientation of school, social needs and business requirements, professional talents cultivation plan must be reformed to face the opportunities and challenges. Based on the core capabilities of rail transit vehicle engineering, theoretical and practical curriculum system are built to improve the students’ academic satisfaction, employment competitiveness and adaptability of enterprises. Research results provide some references for professional curriculum system construction of application-oriented undergraduates.
