摘　　要：大学生就业问题一直是社会关注的焦点问题之一。高校如何在"互联网+"的新形势下,从学生的需求和偏好出发,改善现有的就业服务手段,是高校工作者必须思考的问题。对高校现有就业服务手段的滞后现状进行分析,从借鉴"网游等级制度"、"微信朋友圈"和"主流求职网站"等网络应用和模式的角度出发,提出运用手机APP技术改进和提升高校就业服务工作质量的新举措。The employment of university graduates has been one of the important issues in our society.The university staff of students＇ affairs in universities have to think about how to improve the existing employment service according to the students＇ needs and preferences under the＂Internet＋＂circumstances.The paper first analyzes the backward employment service in universities.Drawing references from such network applications and patterns as＂WeChat friend circle＂and＂principal job websites＂,the paper puts forward a new measure of improving the employment service in universities by means of mobile phone APP technology.
