摘  要:目的 :检验肿瘤调强放射治疗计划在临床正常使用条件下的有效性和安全性。方法 :对2014年1—12月Pinnacle计划系统的210个调强放射治疗计划的1 479个射野,选用UNIDOS E剂量仪、0.125cc电离室以及RW3固体水模体进行剂量学验证,计算实测剂量与治疗计划系统(treatment planning system,TPS)计算剂量的相对误差。用Mapcheck2 1177阵列进行5 cm深度平面通量图的γ分析,以3 mm/3%为分析限制条件,计算γ通过率。结果 :绝对剂量验证中,相对误差δ在±2%以内的占78.1%,2%<|δ|≤3%的占14.8%,3%<|δ|≤4%的占5.2%,4%<|δ|≤5%的占1.9%。在通量图γ分析中,γ通过率≥95%的有1 379个射野,93%≤γ通过率<95%的有72个射野,90%≤γ通过率<93%的有21个射野,γ通过率<90%的有7个射野。结论:Pinnacle计划系统的调强计划实际精度能达到规定的要求。Objective To verify the efficiency and safety for intensity modulated radiation treatment plan under normal conditions. Methods Totally 210 plans involving in 1 479 fields of Pinnacle planning system from January to December 2014 went through dosimetric verification with UNIDOS E dosimeter, 0.125 cc ionization chamber and RW3 solid phantom. The relative error δ between the measured dose and the calculated dose by treatment planning system(TPS) was calculated. γanalysis was carried out to determine γ pass rate for 5 cm plane flux graph with Mapcheck2 1177 array, with 3 mm/3% as the restrictive condition. Results In the absolute dosimetric verification, the percentage of |δ | in the range of 2% was 78.1%, the percentage of |δ| in the range between 2% and 3% was 14.8%, the percentage of |δ| in the range between 3% and 4% was 5.2%,and the percentage of |δ| in the range between 4% and 5% was 1.9%. There were 1 379 fields with γ pass rate not less than95%, 72 fields with γ pass rate between 93% and 95%, 21 fields with γ pass rate between 90% and 93% and 7 fields with γpass rate less than 90%. Conclusion The virtual precision of the intensity modulated radiation treatment plan by Pinnacle planning system meets the desired requirements.
