摘　　要：目的探讨应激性或威胁性事件对自闭症儿童家长心理韧性的影响。方法选择我院收治的90位自闭症儿童,采用心理健康自评量表(SCL-90)、认知情绪调节量表(CERQ-C)以及心理韧性量表(CD-RISC)作为调查工具,对其父母应激事件与心理韧性的相关性进行研究。结果自闭症儿童家长以人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、睡眠及饮食等方面状况较为突出,且父亲在抑郁、焦虑和睡眠及饮食方面优于母亲(P<0.05)。自闭症儿童家长对于应激事件情绪调节能力较强,且母亲在接受、沉思方面得分高于父亲(P<0.05)。自闭症儿童家长心理韧性评分均高于中位值,其中父亲在乐观性方面优于母亲(P<0.05),其他因子则无统计学差异(P>0.05)。心理韧性与应激性事件后认知情绪调节能力存在明显正相关,其中以乐观性关系最为显著,与积极重新关注、重新关注计划及积极重新评价等均有明显正相关性(P<0.01)。坚韧性主要与接受、沉思及理性分析均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论自闭症儿童家长对于应激事件有较好的心理调节能力,且与心理韧性存在正相关性。但自闭症是长期伴随过程,因此,在关注自闭症患儿同时,还应时刻注意对家长的心理疏导。Objective To explore the effects of stressful or threatening events on mental tenacity of parents of children with autism. Methods A total of 90 children with autism admitted to our hospital were selected to study the correlation of their parents＇ mental tenacity with stressful events by means of SCL-90, CERQ-C and CD-RISC. Results The parents of children with autism had prominent problems in such aspects as interpersonal relationship, depression, anxiety, sleep and diet, but fathers had better performance in depression, anxiety, sleep and diet than mothers （P 〈 0.05）. The parents had strong emotional regulation ability for stressful events, and mothers had higher scores in acceptance and meditation than fathers（P 〈 0.05）. The mental tenacity scores of the parents were higher than the median; fathers had better performance in optimism than mothers （P 〈 0.05）; there was no significant difference in other factors（P 〉 0.05）. The mental tenacity was significantly positively correlated with the regulation ability for cognitive emotion after stressful events and most correlated with the optimism, and were also positively correlated with positive refocusing, replanning and reevaluation （P 〈 0.01）. The mental tenacity was mainly positively correlated with acceptanee, meditation and rational analysis （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The parents of children with autism have strong emotional regulation ability for stressful events, and such ability is positively correlated with the mental tenacity. However, autism is a long-term condition, thus attention shall be paid to the psychological counseling for the parents of children with autism when close attention is paid to children with autism.
