摘　　要：由于法律法规没有明确三级安全教育的形式、方法及考核标准,因此三级安全教育在落实过程中出现了很多问题,如教育缺失、时间不够、针对性不强等。为了贯彻法律法规要求,切实有效地提升三级安全教育培训效果,国内某核电企业采取了一套具有针对性的三级安全授权培训方法,以笔试考试为基础,以考试成绩为依据,针对薄弱环节重点培训,实现了三级安全教育全面、有效的普及。Since there is not any law or regulation which clearly declares the form, method and assessment criteria of the three level safety education, many problems have appeared during the implementation process of the three level safety education, such as the lack of education, the lack of time and the simple pertinence. In order to carry out the law and regulation, effectively enhance the training effect of the three level safety education, a domestic nuclear power company takes a set of three level safety authorized training methods with pertinence, which takes the written examination as the foundation, and the test result as the basis, emphasizes the training of weakness, and realizes the comprehensive and effective popularity of the three level security education.
