摘　　要：针对当前兰州拉面面馆的经营模式和使用通用型收银机的缺陷,提出了一款兰州拉面专用下单收银系统的设计方案。此系统分为前台机和后台机两部分,前台机具有收银、打印凭条的功能外,还能为顾客订单进行排序、录入拉面的碗数和粗细类型,并把这些信息通过RS485总线传递给厨房的后台机,后台机接收到信息并在LED上显示。这样拉面师傅就能按顾客的下单顺序和要求做出不同粗细类型的面和碗数,不会出错,提升做面效率,提高经济效益。According to the business model of the Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles restaurants and the defect of general-type cash registers,this paper presents a design of a cash register special for Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles. The cash register includes two parts： the front machine and the back machine. The front machine of cashier can not only collect money and print the receipts,but also sort menus for customers and record quantity and types of noodles. In the meantime,the front machine can send information of menus via RS485 bus to the back machine. Received by the back machine,the information will be displayed on the LED monitor,therefore,the chef can confirm types and quantity of noodle according to customers＇ sequence and requests. Consequently,this design reduces mistakes and improves efficiency and economic benefits.
