摘　　要：教授治学是高等教育发展的必然要求,作为高校第一线的学科专业人员,教授对其专业领域的学术研究与实践探索的敏感度是最高的,教授治学具有天然合理性。The ＂Professors Governing Academic Studies＂is inevitable requirement of higher education＇s development. As the professional personnel of first line,professors＇ correlation and sensitivity of academic research and social practice in their professional field is the highest. Therefore,there is the rationality of ＂Professors Governing Academic Studies＂.
