摘　　要：【摘要】目的评价外伤后无晶状体眼虹膜固定型人工晶状体二期植入术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析18例（】8眼）外伤后无晶状体眼行二期虹膜固定型人工晶状体植入术的效果和并发症发生情况。结果术后平均随访时间为（11．42±4．51）个月。所有患者术后裸眼视力均有提高。术后3个月平均角膜内皮细胞丢失率为3．7％。18眼均顺利完成手术，无术中并发症发生。术后3例有短暂高眼压，2例虹膜色素脱失。结论二期植入虹膜固定型人工晶状体矫正外伤后无晶状体眼是一种安全有效的方法，术后可以恢复良好的视力，并发症发生率低。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of secondary implantation of iris-fixated intraocular lens for traumatic aphakia. Methods Postoperative outcomes of secondary implantation of iris- supported Artisan IOL in 18 unilateral apbakic patients with penetrating eye injuries or contusion were analysed retrospectively. The uncorrected visual acuity （UCVA）, best-corrected visual acuity （BCVA）, spherical equivalents （SE）, and endothelial cell density （ECD） were compared before and after the surgery. Results Mean postoperative follow-up time was （ 11. 42 ＋ 4. 51 ） months. The UCVA was improved in all patients. The mean endothelial cell loss rate was 3.7% in the first 3 postoperative months. 18 eyes achieved the desired anatomic results. No intraoperative complication occurred. Transient high intraocular pressure occurred in 3 cases, 2 cases with iris depigmentation. And no retinal or choroidal detachment, macular edema, hyphema or vitreous haemorrhage was observed. Conclusion Secondary implantation of iris-fixated IOL is an effective and safe procedure for traumatic aphakia, which has good visual rehabilitation and low occurrence of complication.
