托收方式下卖方面临的风险及对策

摘　　要：作为国际托收付款方式，卖方会面临买方不付款、代收行违规放单、货款两失的风险。面对这些风险，卖方可以要求买方先行支付定金、开立信用证、余额采用托收的付款方式，并对代收行的资信进行调查。对于承兑交单，卖方可以通过办理国际保理业务或出口信用保险业务分散风险。Collection, as one of the international terms of payment, ff it is not used properly, will let the seller face the risks such as buyer＇ s failure for payment, collecting bank＇ s issuing documents illegally, and the loss of cargo and payment. To prevent these problems,the seller can ask the buyer to pay a deposit or establish L/ C. The balance can adopt collection as payment and credit standing should be invested to the collecting bank. If the terms of payment is D/A, the seller can prevent his risks by effecting intemational factoring business or export credit insurance.
