心理弹性对医学专科学生生活事件与抑郁情绪的中介作用及其教育启示

摘　　要：目的 分析医学专科学生生活事件、心理弹性和抑郁情绪三者的关系,为缓解学生负性情绪,开展教育活动提供建议.方法 采用青少年生活事件量表、心理弹性量表及贝克抑郁自评问卷,对4所医学高等专科学校的700名学生开展调查研究,收回有效问卷658份,采用SPSS19.0统计软件做描述性统计,Amos 17.0统计软件制做结构方程模型.结果 相关分析显示,医学专科学生心理弹性和生活事件存在负相关（r=-0.64,P＜0.01）,心理弹性和抑郁存在负相关（r=-0.73,P＜0.01）,生活事件和抑郁存在正相关（r=0.45,P＜0.01）.心理弹性在生活事件与抑郁情绪之间的中介效应分析表明中介效应显著,间接效应为0.518,说明医学专科学生的生活事件在很大程度上通过心理弹性间接作用于抑郁情绪.结论 生活事件通过心理弹性对抑郁情绪具有显著影响作用,缓解医学专科学生抑郁情绪教育活动需要有针对性地提高学生心理弹性.Objective To research the characteristics and relationships between the resilience,life events and depression among higher professional medical students,mitigation the negative emotions of students,and provide educational activities advice.Methods By using Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale （CD-RISC）,Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check-list（ASLEC） and Beck Depression InventoryⅡ （BDI-Ⅱ）,700 higher professional medical students who come from four colleges were investigated,retrieve 658 valid questionnaires.Using SPSS to do descriptive statistics,Amos to calculate the structural equation model.Results The medical college students＇ life events and depression were negatively correlated with resilience （r =-0.64,-0.73,P 〈 0.01）;medical college students＇ life events was positively correlated with depression（r =0.45,P 〈0.01）.Medical college students＇ resilience had mediating effect between life events and depression,indirect effect is 0.518.Conclusions The life events influences depression through resilience.The students＇ depression can be decreased through promoting their resilience.To alleviate depression among college students education activities need to be targeted to enhance the students＇ resilience.
