摘　　要：目的 分析交互式网络教学模式在医学生卫生事业管理学教学中的效果,为改进教学质量提供建议.方法 分别于2012年和2015年,对首都医科大学口腔医学、临床医学专业选修卫生事业管理学课程的本科生进行问卷调查,将收集到的有效问卷整理、录人数据库,并使用SPSS软件进行数据的描述性统计分析,对交互式网络教学实施前、后的学生满意度进行比较.结果 交互式网络教学的实施对学生提升专业兴趣、改进教学效果有显著帮助,但在在线讨论、在线答疑等方面利用不足.结论 开展卫生事业管理学课程交互式网络教学,应当重视持续改进、学习环境的营造以及学习活动的设计.Objective To analysis the effect of the interactive network teaching model in medical students＇ health management course and to provide suggestions for improving the teaching quality.Methods To survey the students who selected the course of healthmanagementfrom the programs of stomatology and clinical medicine in 2012 and 2015 through a questionnaire.127 valid questionnaires were analyzed with SPSS.Results The implementation of the interactive network teaching platform could significantly help medical students to improve their professional interests and improve the teaching effect.However,some parts such as the online discussion and online Q ＆amp; A should be improved in the future.Conclusions To carry out the interactive teaching model in the course of health management,more attention should be paid to the continuous improvement,the construction of learning environment and the design of learning activities.
