摘　　要：高等医学教育是医疗卫生事业可持续发展的重要保障,而大学附属医院具有至关重要的作用,因为附属医院本身就是学校的组成部分,而临床实践是医学知识、医学人文与科研成果转化的终极平台.目前,许多附属医院对其基本功能仍然存在认识上的误区,尤其是对医学教育根本目标的忽视和淡漠,是大学附属医院发展的一道障碍.因此,如何处理教育、医疗和科研之间的关系,是大学附属医院亟待思考和解决的核心问题.医学教育工作者必须认清新世纪医学教育的根本目的,明确附属医院的基本功能,使医学教育真正成为医疗卫生事业发展的坚强基石.Higher medical education is the important guarantee for the sustainable development of medical and health undertakings,of sustainable development of medical and public health undertakings,The hospital affiliated to university will play a crucial role because the affiliated hospital itself is also the medical school,clinical practice is the ultimate platform for the transformation of medical knowledge,medical humanities and scientific research,However,there are still some misunderstandings on the basic functions of the affiliated hospitals,especially the negligence of the fundamental aim of medical education.It is an obstacle to the development of university affiliated hospital.Therefore,the core problem of university affiliated hospital is how to deal with the relationship between education,medicine and scientific research.We must clearly recognize the fundamental purpose of medical education and basic function of the hospital in the new century,in order to make medical education truly to be a strong foundation for the development of undertakings of medical health.
