美国艺术硕士(MFA)人才培养模式初探——以佛罗里达大学艺术与艺术史学院为例

摘　　要：美国佛罗里达大学以多元化的教育、教学闻名于世,其研究生培养既有特点亦有特色。以佛罗里达大学艺术与艺术史学院为研究对象,从培养类型、培养模式和考核评价三个方面探讨了美国艺术硕士人才培养情况。精细化切实可行的课程提纲设计、研究式自主探讨的课程教学、互助式同行参与的创作提高、人性化收放自如的跟踪管理、互惠式多面整合交流合作以及"展述一体"的考核评价体系是学院研究生培养的重要特色。University of Florida enjoys a high reputation for diversified academic education and makes an important contribution to the graduate education in the United States. Taking the Art and Art History College of University of Florida as the observation point, this paper studies on the Master of Fine Arts（MFA） Talent-Training Model in the United States from 3 aspects, that is the training type, the training mode and the evaluation. Practical detailed syllabus design, independence research in classroom teaching, mutual-improvement by peer suggestion, freely retractable human-base tracking management, mutually beneficial exchanges and cooperation, exhibition and presentation combined evaluation are the key characteristics of MFA Talent-Training in the Art and Art History College of University of Florida.
