摘 要:本试验旨在比较4种眼肌面积测定方法的可行性及准确度。将30头杜寒杂交羊作为试验材料,在硫酸纸上描绘出试验羊眼肌面积轮廓,以求积仪法作为对照组,重量法、坐标方格纸和公式法为处理组,测算结果用SPSS 17.0软件作均值比较并求皮尔逊相关系数(R^2),Excel 2010软件作处理组与对照组结果的差值比较。每种方法均重复测定3次,记录操作耗时。结果表明:重量法、坐标方格纸法、公式法3(眼肌面积指数为0.79)与对照组所得结果差异不显著(P>0.05),而公式法1和2(眼肌面积指数分别为0.7和0.73)所得结果极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);与求积仪法的皮尔逊相关系数(R^2)由高到低依次为重量法>坐标方格纸法>公式法,相关性均极显著(P<0.01);耗时比较:求积仪法>重量法>坐标方格纸法>公式法。结论表明,测定眼肌面积时重量法和坐标方格纸法测定准确度高、耗时较短、操作简便,可以作为求积仪法的替代方法;公式法测定误差较大,不宜采用。The purpose of this study is to compare the time-cost and accuracy of four kinds of eye muscle area (EMA) determination methods. After outlying the eye muscle profile on sulfuric acid papers of 30 Du-Han crossbreed sheep, the EMA was then determined by planimeter, grid paper, formula and weighing methods, respectively, with results of planimeter as the control group, and others for the treatment groups. The comparison of average and Pearson correlation coefficient was solved by SPSS 17.0, and differences between the treatment groups and control group was compared by Excel 2010.Each method was repeated in triplicate, with the time-cost recorded. The results showed Results of formulal and 2 (whose coefficient was 0.7 and 0.73, respectively)were significantly lower than the that of control group (P〈0.05), while other methods did not show much difference (P〉0.05). Pearson correlation coefficient ranked as follows: weighing method〉 grid paper〉formula, indicating strong correlation with planimeter method (P〈 0.01). The formula method spent the least time when one sample was measured, following by weighing and grid paper method, with the planimeter method being the most fussy. In conclusion, the weighing and grid paper method could be alternative methods to planimeter due to their high precision, good fitting degree and operability; while the formula method was suggested to be abolished.
