PPH技术治疗环状混合痔的疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨吻合器痔上黏膜环切术(PPH)治疗环状混合痔的疗效。方法选取我院收治的269例环状混合痔患者,随机分为实验组(n=135)和对照组(n=134)。对照组采用常规的外剥内扎术治疗,实验组采用PPH治疗。比较2组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间和术后并发症发生情况。结果实验组的手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间均较对照组减少(P<0.01);实验组术后肛门疼痛、皮瓣水肿、坠胀和肛门狭窄等术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 PPH技术治疗环状混合痔可减少手术时间、术中出血量和住院时间,降低术后并发症发生率,值得临床推广。ObjectiveExplore procedure for prolapsed and hemorrlnoids（PPH）curative effect for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid. MethodsSelected our hospital 269 cases of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid patients,randomly divided into experimental group（n=135）and the control group（n=134）. Within the outer peel control group using conventional treatment,the experimental group treated by PPH. Compared two groups patients with operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospital stay and postoperative complications.ResultsThe experimental operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay was less than the control group（P〈0.01）. Experimental postoperative anal pain, edema,and the bely and narrow postoperative complication rates were lower than control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Treatment of circular mixed hemorrhoids PPH technology can reduce the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and length of hospital stay,lower incidence of postoperative complications.
