血浆置换治疗肝衰竭的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：回顾性分析血浆置换治疗肝衰竭的临床效果。方法选择2012年12月-2013年12月我院收治的154例肝衰竭患者为研究对象，对其实施血浆置换法进行治疗，结束后比较肝功能情况，治疗效果，不同病情患者生存时间和存活率比较情况和不良反应发生率。结果患者治疗总有效率为72.73%，肝衰竭的早中晚期治疗效果存在差异，组间数据存在统计学差异（P＜0.05），在进行治疗后，除ALB指标无变化之外（P＞0.05），其余指标均呈现出了变化，组间数据差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05），在对患者进行血浆置换的过程之中，发生不良反应共计31次，占总次数的8.03%。早期患者存活率为85.6%，中期为62.5%，末期为21.3%，组间数据差异存在统计学意义（P＜0.05），生存时间组间数据存在差异，早期最高，中期次之，晚期最低。结论对于肝衰竭患者，使用血浆置换进行治疗，可以取得满意效果，不良反应少，临床效果好。Objective To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of plasma exchange in the treatment of liver failure.Methods 154 patients with liver failure treated in our hospital from December 2012 to December 2013 as the research object,the implementation of plasma exchange treatment,after liver function,curative effect,survival time of patients with different disease and survival rate and incidence of adverse reactions.Results In the treatment of patients with total effective rate was 72.73%,liver failure early in the late treatment effects are obvious differences,the data between the groups exist significant difference（P〈0.05）,after treatment,in addition to ALB indicators had no significant change（P〉0.05）,other indicators are showing a significant change,between groups of data exist significant difference（P〈0.05）,in plasma exchange for patients,adverse reactions,a total of 31 times,accounted for the total number of 8.03%. Early patients survival rate was 85.6%,medium was 62.5%,the last stage is 21.3%,the data between the groups exist significant difference（P〈0.05）and survival time between groups of data differences and highest early and mid time of late is the lowest.Conclusion For patients with liver failure,the use of plasma exchange for treatment,can achieve satisfactory results,less adverse reactions, clinical effect is good.
