新型负压引流瓶放置包在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨新型负压引流瓶放置包在乳腺癌术后患者中的应用效果。方法收集2013年6月-2014年5月在我院乳腺外科手术且病理确诊为乳腺癌的患者252例，2013年12月-2014年5月为观察组，共128例，使用新型负压引流瓶放置包放置引流瓶，2013年6-11月124例为历史对照组，使用传统的透明塑料袋放置引流瓶，比较两组术后并发症、护患双方满意率、患者早期康复所需时间。结果观察组患者在预防并发症、护患满意率、患者早期康复方面优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论使用新型负压引流瓶放置包能减少术后早期并发症，提高护患满意率，促进早期康复。Objective To explore the application effect of the new drainage bottle bags in the patients with breast cancer after operation.MethodsColected 252 cases of patients with breast surgery and pathological diagnosis of breast cancer from June 2013 to November 2013 in our hospital. A total of 128 cases were selected as the observation group,which using of the new drainage bottle packages to place negative pressure drainage bottle. A total of 124 cases from June 2013 to November 2014 were selected as the history control group,which traditionaly using the transparent plastic bags placed drainage bottle. To compare the two groups of postoperative complications,nursing satisfaction,patients satisfaction,time needed for early rehabilitation. Results The patients in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in the prevention of complications,nurse satisfaction, patient satisfaction,early recovery of patients（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using the new drainage bottle placing bags can reduce the early postoperative complications,improve patient and nurse satisfaction,promote early rehabilitation.
