摘　　要：目的：探讨脑发育不良患儿的内科康复护理措施。方法2013年1月-2015年2月选取我院收治的80例脑发育不良患儿，以随机数表抽取法将其分为常规组（n=40）与康复组（n=40），给予常规组患儿常规护理，给予康复组患儿康复护理。进行随访观察，对两组患儿护理3个月和6个月后的智能发育指数、运动指数进行统计对比。结果护理3个月时，两组患儿智能发育指数、运动指数对比差异不具有统计学意义，P＞0.05，护理6个月后，康复组智能发育指数和运动指数均优于常规组，P＜0.05。结论在脑发育不良患儿的临床护理过程中给予内科康复护理可促进患儿智力、体能发育，对改善患儿病情起到了重要作用。ObjectiveTo explore the nursing measures of medical rehabilitation in children with brain development.MethodsFrom January 2013 to February 2015,selected in our hospital 80 cases of brain development of children with adverse,with random number table extraction method wil be the routine group（n=40）and rehabilitation group（n=40）,giving the conventional group with routine nursing care,rehabilitation care given to patients in rehabilitation group. After 3 months and 6 months,the mental development index and the movement index of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing for 3 months,the two groups of children＇s inteligence development index,motility index difference is not obvious,P〉0.05,nursing of 6 months later,the rehabilitation group inteligent development index and index were significantly is better than the conventional group,P〈0.05. Conclusion The clinical nursing care of children with brain development can promote the mental and physical development of children,and play an important role in improving the patient＇s condition.
