摘　　要：糖尿病增加子宫内膜癌(EC)风险,并影响其预后。近年来发现,二甲双胍在治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者时其罹患EC风险相应降低,大量实验还证明其具有抗癌及协同抗癌作用。现探讨二甲双胍在降低T2DM患者EC罹患率及抑制癌细胞生长中的作用,为EC提供新的治疗思路。Diabetes increases the risk of endometrial cancer （ EC ） and affects its prognosis .In recent years , it is found that metformin reduces the EC risk accordingly in the treatment of diabetic patients with EC , a large of experiments also prove that it has anti-cancer and synergistic anticancer effect .This paper aims to provide a new therapeutic method for EC by exploring the effect of metformin on reducing EC morbidity of T 2DM patients and inhibiting the growth of cancer cells .
