吗啡足三里穴位注射治疗重度癌痛的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察吗啡足三里穴位注射治疗重度癌痛的临床疗效。方法:选取112例严重癌痛患者,随机分成对照组和观察组各56例。对照组给予吗啡肌肉注射,观察组则给予吗啡足三里穴位注射,30d为一个疗程,共治疗一个疗程,疗程结束时,采用NRS评分评价疗效,并使用ELISA法测定治疗前后两组患者血清中TNF-α,PGE-2,5-HT和组胺的水平;结果:观察组的Kamofsky评分、疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),且相关生化指标的改善情况也显著优于对照组(P<0.05);结论:吗啡足三里穴位注射治疗重度癌痛效果较优,值得临床推广使用。Sanlixue Aim to study the clinical effect of morphine foot Sanlixue point injection on severe cancer pain.Methods 1 12 cases of serve cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups,control group and observed group,56 cases for each group,control group were treated with morphine intramuscular injection,while observed group were treated with morphine foot Sanlixue point injec-tion,and the treatment last 30 days,at the end of treatment,therapy effects were evaluated by NRS scoring system,meanwhile,the serum TNF-α,PGE-2,5 -HT and histamine were measured by ELISA assay.Results the Kamofsky scores and therapy effects of observed group was significantly better than control group （P〈0.05 ）,and the improvement effects on related serum biochemical pa-rameters were also better than control group （P〈0.05 ）.Conclusion morphine foot Sanlixue point injection has a marvelous effect on improvement of severe cancer pain,which is worthy to be expanded for clinical using.
