摘 要:该文以自我效能感、群体凝聚力、组织效能为研究内容变量,运用专家访谈和问卷调查等方法对各项目专家和国家队以及省队部分专业队运动员进行测试,对测试结果进行数理统计分析研究。研究认为:1专业运动员自我效能感和群体凝聚力均处于较高的水平。2自我效能感与群体凝聚力、组织效能均呈正相关,且相关性显著。自我效能感与组织效能的相关系数较低,表明它与组织效能的相关程度较弱。群体凝聚力与组织效能的相关程度要高于自我效能感,且群体凝聚力与组织效能的相关系数大多数都达到了0.8以上,属于强相关。3自我效能感、群体凝聚力各维度对组织效能各维度均有不同程度的预测作用,并可建立预测模型。Based on self-efficacy, group cohesion, and organizational effectiveness as variables and taking interviews with professional athletes and experts at national and provincial levels, statistical analysis was made and it showed that self-efficacy and group cohesion of the athletes were at a high level. Self-efficacy, group cohesion, and organizational effectiveness was positively correlated. Comparatively, self-efficacy and organizational effectiveness was not highly correlated. Cohesion group was more related to organizational effectiveness than self-efficacy, and the coefficient was 0. 8, which indicated that they were strongly correlated. Self-efficacy and group cohesion could be used to predict organizational effectiveness and relative model could be established.
