摘 要:为了有效促进农村留守儿童的身心健康全面发展,主要运用对比实验法对农村留守儿童进行体育参与干预,对照《国家学生体质健康标准》研究农村留守儿童干预前后体质健康变化,采用"儿童长处和困难问卷"(SDQ)分析实验组农村留守儿童干预前后心理健康改善状况。结果表明:体育参与干预能有效增强留守儿童体质健康水平,相比而言,体育干预后,留守儿童的肺活量、"坐位体前屈"成绩提升幅度相对较大,50m跑成绩提高幅度相对较小;体育参与干预后,留守儿童的SDQ困难总分降低显著(P<0.05),相反他们的亲社会行为因子得分上升显著(P<0.05),说明体育干预后留守儿童消极心理问题逐渐改善,并形成良好的积极心理,体育参与是促进留守儿童身心健康的有效途径。提出建立以学校为立足点,家庭为主阵营,社区为补充的"三位一体"的参与体育活动模式,以促进留守儿童身心健康发展。In order to promote the physical and mental health development of left-behind children in the rural areas, intervention of sports was made. The National Standards of Students' Physical Health were adopted to observe the changes of the children's physical condition. Analysis through Children Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire (SDQ) showed that sports intervention could effectively enhance the children's fitness level. Their lung capacity, body ante flexion in sitting position were largely improved. Performances of 50 meters run were not obviously bettered. The SDQ total difficulties score decreased significantly (P〈0. 05). Their prosodies behavior factor score increased significantly (P〈0. 05), indicating that sports could eliminate negative psychological problems and improve their physical and mental health. Therefore, a joint support of sports activities for the children by the school, the family and the community was the most effective means.
