摘  要:近年来我国大学生就业问题日益严峻,从总体来看,我国已经初步形成了大学生就业保障体系,但由于劳动力市场所存在的固有的排斥导致大学生就业问题未能得到明显的改善。文章从社会排斥视角分析了社会排斥的类型和成因并针对我国大学生就业保证体系的建立提出了建立促进就业的长效机制、建立健全失业保障制度和引导大学生积极创业、规范劳动力市场就业环境等对策。In recent years, China's employment problem of college students is growing. From an overall point of view, China has initially formed a college students employment security system, but due to the labor market, the existence of inherent rejection leads to the problem of employment that college students employment failed to get obvious improvement. This article, from the perspective of social exclusion, analyzes the types and causes of social exclusion and the employment of college students in China. Relevant suggestions are put forward: the establishment of corresponding strategy for employment, the establishment of employment security system and guiding college students entrepreneurship, the establishment of a fair labor market.
