高效液相色谱法同时测定人参养荣丸中芍药苷、阿魏酸和橙皮苷含量

摘　　要：目的建立同时测定人参养荣丸中芍药苷、阿魏酸、橙皮苷的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为固定相AgilentC18柱（150mm×4．6mm，5μm），流动相为乙腈-0．1％磷酸溶液（等度洗脱），流速1．0mL／min，柱温30℃，芍药苷、阿魏酸和橙皮苷检测波长为230nm。结果进样量芍药苷在0．108。2．160μg（r=0．9996）范围内、阿魏酸在0．014～0．280gg（r=0．9999）范围内、橙皮苷在0．349～6．980μg（r：0．9999）范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系，加样回收率分别为98．86％，97．35％和98．72％，RSD分别为0．62％，1·16％和1．02％（n=6）。结论该法简便稳定，准确度可靠，可用于人参养荣丸的质量控制。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and hes- peridin in Reshen YangRong Pills. Methods The chromatographic separation of methanolic extract of ReShen YangRong Pills was per- formed on Global-C18 column（150 mm×4.6mm, 5μm） in a gradient elution using a mixture of aeetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 30℃. The detection wavelength of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and hesperidin was set up at 230 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 108-2. 160μg（ r=0. 999 6） for paeoniflorin, 0. 014 -0. 280μg（ r =0. 999 9）for ferulic acid and 0. 349 -6. 980μg（ r=0. 999 9）for hesperidin. The average recoveries were 98.86% for paeoniflorin with RSD =0.62% （n =6）, 97.35% for ferulie acid with RSD = 1.16% （n =6）, and 98.72% for hes-peridin with 1.02% （n =6）, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, reliable and accurate, it can be utilized as a quality control method for ReShen YangRong Pills.
