摘  要:选取4个薄皮甜瓜品种和7种不同材质的果袋研究套袋对薄皮甜瓜果实着色的影响。结果表明,套硫酸纸袋的绿魁在果实发育过程中,叶绿素和类胡萝卜素含量逐渐上升并高于对照,类黄酮含量均低于对照,且与对照差异不显著;套硫酸纸袋和白色塑料袋增加了绿魁果皮叶绿素和类胡萝卜素的含量,7种材质的果袋均降低了绿魁果皮类黄酮的含量;在对4个薄皮甜瓜品种进行套硫酸纸袋处理时,因不同薄皮甜瓜皮色的差异,各薄皮甜瓜品种的叶绿素、类胡萝卜素和类黄酮含量各异,即品种间存在差异。Four oriental melon of different varieties and seven kinds of fruit bags were selected to study the effects of bagging on pigment content of oriential melon. The results showed that content of chlorophyll and carotinoid in Lvqui fruits bagged with sulfuric acid paper increased gradully with fruit development, and which was higher than control; But flavonoid content was lower than control and there was no siginificant difference between bagging treatment and control. The content of chlorophyll and carotinoid increased in the Lvqui pericarp bagged by sulfuric acid paper and white plastic bag, flavonoid content in pericarp bagged by these seven materials all decreased. When these four oriental melon cultivars were bagged with sulfuric acid paper, the content of chlorophyll, carotinoid and flavonoid varied, that is, there was difference in varieties.
